New Patient and Insurance Information
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How can I become a new patient?
A: Our practice requires a referral from your primary care physician or specialist. Ask your doctor to send your referral to our Anderson or Greenville office. The coordinator will process your referral and contact you to make an appointment.
Q: What happens at the first visit?
A: Our specialist will take the time to talk with you about your medical history, your pain and discuss treatment options.
Q: Will I need to complete paperwork?
A: You will need to fill out our new patient packet. Be sure to answer all the questions to the best of your knowledge. It is also important that you read and understand our policies such as medication requests, insurance responsibilities, scheduling and missed appointment fees.
Q: Will I be required to see a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant?
A: Due to scheduling demands of our physicians, patients will be required to see a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant. This allows more flexibility in scheduling your appointments.
